How to make Halloween portraits:

Materials needed:

• Recycled cardboard
• Paint; Black, white, orange and gold
• Paintbrushes
• Scissors
• All-purpose glue
• Glue gun and stick
• Googly eyes
• Paper; black and white
• Pencil

Instructions:

• Draw an outline for your frame, making two copies.
• In one of the frames, cut a hole in the middle; this will be the top frame.
• Paint the top frame gold or brown.
• Draw a spooky character in the middle of the bottom frame.
• Paint the background of the bottom frame black.
• Paint the character and add spooky eyes and a mouth using googly eyes or paper cutouts.
• Attach the top frame to the bottom frame with hot glue.
